Once the order has been confirmed, our store shall not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
If you received any destroyed or defective products, our store shall follow up and make the appropriate arrangement as soon as possible according to the following procedures.
Return & Refund Process :
If you have any problems with the product quality, please contact our Service Center via WhatsApp or email with the order number, the product code, a photo of the defective part of the product/faulty product (either one) and the quantity within 7 days from the date of receipt. The products must be returned to us for inspection upon receiving our approval. Exchange shall be arranged ONLY if the product is faulty or sent in error.
We examine the returned products. If they are eligible for return or exchange under our Terms of Use, we shall arrange an exchange as soon as possible.
We shall not be liable for product damages arising from improper use or own negligence.
Please keep the complete set of products (including packaging box, accessories and user manual) in a good condition and the exchanged product must be in its original state and not be used.
mob.hk reserves the right to reject any exchange requests if the product surface is damaged or the complete set of product (including all complimentary parts and packaging box) cannot be provided.
An exchange must be a product of the same model, in the same color and size.
Product images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product.
Under some circumstances, the products to be exchanged or the ordered products may be out of stock. In this case, we shall replace it with a product at the same price by mutual consent. If not, we will refund the full payment to you by the same method as you made your original payment.
