AIRSIMe Credit and Account
The AIRSIMe Credit will be shown on the AIRSIMe front page of AIRSIM App and can be used for purchasing data and voice packages in App. The expiry date of the AIRSIMe account will be extended 1 year automatically from the date of purchase of any data package or top-up.
Purchase Data Package
Download and Register our AIRSIM App, select a Data Package of your desired destination in App. 4 months advance purchase is allowed.
The credit in the AIRSIMe account will be deducted first upon checkout and the balance can be paid by credit card (VISA/MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay or WeChat Pay in App.
The eSIM of the subscribed AIRSIMe data package will be ready 2 days before the selected “Effective Date” and user will be notified in email when it’s ready.
Every purchase comes with 30 minutes FREE AIRTALK talk-time for making local calls and calling back hometown at destination via AIRTALK App.
Download eSIM
You may download the eSIM directly from the AIRSIM App by selecting < Valid Package > and < eSIM Download >. Alternatively, you can download the eSIM by scanning the QR Code that displayed in App or received in email with a mobile device. Make sure your device has a stable internet connection when downloading.
You are required to download the eSIM within 30 days from the selected “Effective Date” before it expires. Download your eSIM right before your trip only as AIRSIMe data package will be activated after the eSIM downloaded.
Upon Arrival
Select the downloaded eSIM on your device and TURN ON < Data Roaming >, you should be able to access Internet.
Top-Up Extra Data
If the data capacity is used up during your trip, you can Top-Up extra data from the AIRSIM App directly within 120 days from the date of activation of the AIRSIMe data package. If the downloaded eSIM is expired for Top-Up or not available for Top-Up option, you can simply buy a new AIRSIMe data package again.

NOTE
• All purchased data packages can be used within 30 days from the selected effective date.
• Except for 24/48 Hours Data Package, the daily data usage time is from Hong Kong time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. There is no pro-rata calculation regardless of the activation time of data service. 24/48 Hours Data Package is a continuous 24/48-hour session starting from service activation.
• “Day Count” data package starts upon data connected at designated destination considers as the first day, consecutive use of Day Plan is required. All unused data allowance cannot be carried forward to next trip and no partial refund will be made.
• AIRSIM works on unlocked mobile phones or tablets only, but not compatible with pocket WiFi device (MiFi). You can use data sharing (Tethering) on your mobile phone or tablet if applicable.
